Thank you for supporting Zen 4 Little Ones, part of Jot The Thought Media Ltd.
Every story, meditation, and book we create is made with care to nurture calm, imagination, and connection for children and families.

Because our offerings include digital products and print-on-demand books, please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Digital Products (Audio, Stories, Downloads, and Memberships)

All sales of digital content are final.
Once a digital product (such as an audio story, meditation, download, or membership access) has been purchased or accessed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

If you experience a technical issue, such as a broken link, duplicate charge, or difficulty accessing your content, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase at hello@jotthethought.com. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly by resending access or correcting the issue.

2. Physical Books (Paperback or Print-on-Demand Orders)

We do not accept returns or refunds for books purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Kobo, or other retailers.

For books purchased directly from Zen 4 Little Ones or Jot The Thought Media, refunds are only available if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

To request a replacement or refund in such cases, please email

studio@jotthethoughtmedia.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo showing the problem

If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly.

3. General Notes

• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method only.

• We do not issue refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

• Please double-check product details before confirming your order.
