At Zen 4 Little Ones, everything begins with a simple belief: the little tools we give children today can become incredibly valuable tools they carry into tomorrow.
Through stories, guided moments, Lucky Lou's Bite-Sized Affirmations, and other resources, I hope to help little ones build confidence, understand their feelings, develop resilience, use their imaginations, and discover healthy ways to navigate life's big little moments.
A great deal of love, thought, time, and quite a bit of fun goes into creating everything you find here.
Whenever possible, I want to keep these resources accessible to families, caregivers and educators.
Many of the stories, affirmations and activities available through Zen 4 Little Ones can be enjoyed completely free.
