Our books and mindfulness products are created with care and delivered through trusted print and distribution partners.

1. Current Delivery Methods

At this time, Zen 4 Little Ones does not ship physical products directly.
All paperback books are fulfilled and shipped through third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP or other print-on-demand distributors.

When you order through Amazon or another retailer, their shipping policies, timelines, and tracking systems apply.

You will receive all delivery updates, tracking information, and support directly from the retailer you purchased through.

2. Future Direct Orders

In the future, select paperback titles and bundles may be available for direct purchase through the Zen 4 Little Ones website.

When direct orders become available:

Shipping will be offered within Canada and select international regions.
Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery timelines will vary based on location and carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Updated details will always be reflected here before we begin direct fulfillment.

3. Shipping Costs

For orders placed through Amazon or other retailers, shipping fees are determined by that retailer at checkout.
For any future direct orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and displayed before payment is completed.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you ordered through Amazon or another distributor and experience a delay or issue with your delivery, please reach out to their customer support directly using your order number.

If your order was placed directly through Zen 4 Little Ones (once available), please contact us at hello@jotthethought.com and we’ll assist in tracking or resolving the issue.
